Juicing Day 4 | Tabasco to the Rescue

too much orangeTough day yesterday. Low energy and cranky. While preparing my dinner juice I told my wife I was starting to doubt if I could continue. I was hungry! Dark, angry and jealous, I started dinner for my wife — buffalo chicken. Oh the smell was delightful; my tastebuds perked up. How to resist? What would one bite really do?

Then my juice muse came to visit. I decided to dash in some Tabasco. On first sip, the heavens opened, light filled my psyche, and was happy.

Weight: 236. No Change from previous day, but I did stand straight up and see my toes this morning, which is nice.
